Our Facilitators provide support to both employers and employees during every stage of employment. This includes onboarding, training, and on-site job coaching while the employee learns how to do the job. Facilitators also work with clients outside of their work hours to help them prepare for the job, handle scheduling, and much more. Facilitators are always available to you as an employer to collaborate on ensuring the success of both the client and the business. 

Facilitators work with a fade-out support model, where the goal is increased employee independence and building natural supports in the workplace. Facilitators are always available for ongoing check-ins or to step back in if new needs arise—ensuring long-term success for both the employee and the business.
